What We Collect

CHURNEX collects the following data from your Shopify store:

• Customer email addresses and names
• Order history (dates, amounts, frequency)
• Store domain and access token (encrypted)

How We Use Your Data

We use your store data exclusively to calculate customer churn risk scores and generate retention recommendations. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.

Data Deletion

When you uninstall CHURNEX, all your store data including customer records and order history is permanently deleted from our systems within 48 hours.

Third-Party Services

CHURNEX uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate customer insights. Customer data sent to Anthropic is subject to their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. We send only anonymized behavioral patterns, never personal identifying information, to this service.
